To ‘Paint your Art Out’ is fun and explorative for anyone of any age, it’s not necessary to be able to paint expertly, what matters most is showing up for the experience and allowing oneself to play, explore and be creative. To paint is to make the ‘invisible visible’, to outwardly express what is deep inside of us, painting is a form of release and self-expression.
