Return & Refund Policy of ‘STARS IN THE NIGHT SKY’

STARS want every valued customer to be completely satisfied with every purchase. If that’s not the case, STARS is ready to find the solution to resolve all matters.
1. Returns
Please notify STARS within three days from the date of goods being received, to request returning an item purchased.
Eligible returns require an item to be:
Unused and in new/same condition as the item was received, unless goods were damaged in transit by Australia Post, in which case damaged goods issues are to be dealt with through Australia Post.
STARS purchases are to remain in original packaging with tags on, where possible.
STAR64 box sets are not a returnable, non-refundable item, enough context, visual images and explanation are displayed on the website. If STAR64 Insightful Message Cards are not entirely loved, gift them on to someone who will value and appreciate them and please contact STARS directly with feed back, if dis-satisfaction is felt.
Proof of purchase by way of receipt or order confirmation number is required.
Cost of return shipping/postage is usually not the expense of STARS, factors can vary and this subject is dependant on situation and circumstance.
2. Non-Returnable, non-refundable items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as:
Digitally down-loaded items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Gift cards or downloadable software STAR64 box sets are not a returnable, non-refundable item, enough context, visual images and explanation are displayed on the website. If STAR64 Insightful Message Cards are not entirely loved, gift them on to someone who will value and appreciate them and please contact STARS directly with feed-back, if dis-satisfaction is felt.
3. Refunds
Once returned items are receive by STARS and looked over, STARS will send notification of approval or rejection of any refund.
Approved refunds will be processed via original payment method in the first instance but may take up to three days to reach any bank account.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
STARS quality assurance maintains exceptionally high standards. To have received faulty of impaired products would be rare, if this was to occur, a solution will be implemented and the matter rectified, case by case in the first instance. If an exchange of size is needed need please make contact vis email through the website.
5. Shipping Returns
Drop off or return of goods is usually the responsibility and expense of the returnee, in some cases alternate arrangements could be considered/arranged. If the error of incorrect size or incorrect item has been sent by STARS, STARS will responsibly solve any issue promptly at minimal inconvenience to valued customers/ light-beings and Star Family.
STARS recommend using a trackable shipping service by asking Australia Post to enter the phone number as the item is posted.
