Shipping Options & Delivery Costs
Various shipping/postage options are available, selection of a preferred shipping method and costing, this can be selected at checkout.
Order Processing Time
STARS like to be as efficient as possible and STARS loves to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Same day postage applies for on-line orders placed and received prior to before 2:00pm Monday to Friday, these orders are processed and dispatched to Australia Post, same day. Orders placed and received after 2:00pm may still be dispatched same day where possible but will definitely be dispatched the next business day. Orders placed over a weekend or on a public holiday will be promptly posted the next business trading day.
Delivery Address and & P.O. Boxes
To avoid complications and delivery delays when sending and receiving goods within Australia, please ensure correct and full address details have been entered at the time of placing an order. Please include the following-
• Recipients name
• Recipients phone number is essential for parcel tracking
• Business trading name if being delivered to a workplace
• Building name and floor level of residential and corporate buildings
• Apartment building name, for hi-rise living, authorisation to leave at reception
• Suite/apartment number, floor level, unit number
• Street location number, area, state and postcode.
Any further information relating to ease of locating a property can be left in the ‘Note” section at check out, including accessibility for corner properties and rural properties.
Make immediate contact by phone, to notify STARS of any necessary amendments. The shipping/postal address cannot be changed once the package has been posted.
STARS accepts no responsibility, liability or expense for items posted, where incorrect delivery address details or outdated address details were provided.
International Shipping.
Please be informed prior to placing an order that requires International Shipping. Know firstly, if the destination country is accepting goods shipped from Australia, also confirm with Australia Post, is Australia Post currently is shipping to the required country. STARS will endeavour to stay informed and up to date, with International Shipping operations.
Once an international order has been placed and recieved, the address cannot be changed; please ensure full delivery address details are entered including the recipients cell phone number and email address in the ‘note’ section. The package may be subject to import duties and taxes, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to be aware of this and to pay for any duties, taxes, fees, costs. Checking with the local customs office before placing an order on STARS website is highly advisable and recommended as these fees can sometimes be significantly costly.
International Order Tracking
Once an order has been dispatched/posted, a confirmation email with tracking information will be issued, enabling direct tracking of the parcel via Australia Post Website. If misfortune arises and a parcel is lost, missing, undelivered, damaged, please notify STARS but ultimately this is a matter to take up with Australia Post as all goods ordered were posted and passed onto Australia Post in premium packaging and of good presentation in excellent new condition.
